In tense situations that are potentially life threatening, the military, police, and other members of law enforcement must act quickly. Videos may be manipulated or depict only part of a situation. That said, there are still some circumstances where it appears that police have used unnecessary force or cohered individuals to the point that violence and/or an arrest is necessary.
